Saddam's Ba`th in Iraq

I received a copy from the Ba`th Party of Saddam (headed by `Izzat Ad-Duri) in which it congratulates itself for obtaining a license to operate in Tunisia.  It promised to bring to Tunisia the latest torture techniques of the Ba`th party that have delighted the Iraqi people for decades.  Spread the pleasures around, basically.
