Prince Nayif on trial?

I received a copy of a letter submitted by the Saudi committee for civil and political rights in the Saudi kingdom and it calls for putting Minister of Interior, Nayif Bin `Abdul-`Aziz on trial for "crimes and against humanity" and holds him responsible for the phenomenon of international terrorism.  Do you have doubts that if Saudi Arabia had no oil, its government would have been overthrown by the US the second day following Sep. 11?
