I am getting many requests from people I don't know about the Egyptian revolutionary manual, How to Revolt Intelligently (or shrewdly)."  I won't circulate and I won't cite because the manual comes with clear instructions against falling into the hands of Mubarak's police and Amn Ad-Dawlah (the Security of State Apparatus--what an Orwellian name).
