Arab regimes are weaker than the Iranian regime

Arab regimes would be easier to overthrow than the Iranian regime because--unlike the Iranian regime--Arab regimes don't have mass basis of support and people who are ready to fight and die for the protection of the regime.  To be sure, Arab regimes have business beneficiaries and cronies but they are not willing to take to the street to protect the regime.
