Lebanese Army versus dumb Mossad

Lebanese Army (clearly at the behest of Hizbullah was was implied in Nasrallah speech yesterday) moved to locate and disable various espionage devices planted by Israeli agents in Lebanese mountainous areas.  The device is camouflaged to look like a rock.  How dumb are those Mossad?  I mean, really.  They can take lessons from Ba`thist mukhabarat agents (of the 1960s, I mean).  What do you call an intelligence service that is now regularly beaten by Lebanese police--Lebanese police for potato's sake.
