Al-Akhbar

At least Black got this right about Al-Akhbar (unlike Noah Feldman who does not believe that Arabs act rationally--he said that in a congressional testimony):  "The US cable is one of several that have been published in Beirut by the leftwing al-Akhbar newspaper..." (thanks Emily)
