Riyad As-Sulh calls on Arab people to leave the task of defending Palestine to the Arab governments

On December 1st, 1947 Lebanese newspaper reported that "Riyad Bey urged against the venting of emotions, disturbances and trouble.  The matter, he counseled, should be left to the Arab governments to handle."
