George Tenet

In 2003, after the American invasion of Iraq, George Tenet went on a secret trip to Qatar to meet with the Emir. He informed him that if Aljazeera does not change its coverage of the American invasion, the US would consider Aljazeera "a hostile target." I am told that a bitter argument ensued and obscenities were exchanged.
