Saudi Arabia and Al-Qa`idah

Salih Al-Qar`awi (the military commander of Al-Qa`idah in Yemen) spoke on the internet. He is one of the most wanted man in Saudi Arabia. But he himself spoke of his background: that he was arrested by the Syrian government which turned him over to the Saudi government, which in turn held him briefly before it released him. `Umar Bakri (in an interview with New TV) said that the tape of Al-Qar`awi is not authentic Al-Qa`idah media release and it does not carry its imprint, and that they are supporters of Al-Qa`idah.
