Abu Iyad can be funny

I was looking for an item in An-Nahar from the summer of 1982 in the Berkeley library yesterday. I came across a speech by Abu Iyad on Augsut, 31st 1982, in which he said to Bashir Gemayyel: "We are closer to you than you think." (Gemayyel was assassinated two weeks later).
