Sudanese Communist Party

Do you know that the Sudanese Communist Party was by 1970 the largest political party in the Arab world? Its leader, Muhammad Ibrahim Naqd, is now running for president. I was thinking: this man should deserve an award for disguise. He has been in hiding in some form or another for much of his life.
