When the New York Times feigns outrage
The New York Times has a piece on the ban of minarets in Switzerland. I dislike the New York Times when it is its usual insensitive newspaper, but I dislike it more when it feigns sensitivity. It has an editorial which said: "Switzerland’s 400,000 or so Muslims, most of whom come from Kosovo and Turkey..." You see what the New York Times is trying to say here, don't you? It is saying that those Muslims are not Arabs and thus should not be mistreated like one would want to mistreat Muslim Arabs.
