30th anniversary

Comrade Madawi Rasheed writes about the 30th anniversary of Saud dissident Nasir As-Sa`id. He was kidnapped allegedly by goons of Abu Az-Za`im (one of the most corrupt leaders of the PLO and a close ally of Jordanian intelligence), who put him in the trunk of a car, and surrendered him to Saudi intelligence operatives in Beirut. As-Said left a massive volume of the history of the House of Saud. The volume is a bizarre mix of history, gossip, sensationalism, anti-Semitic trash, and poetry. It is banned in the Arab world but can be easily obtained. (thanks Louy)
