To behead and to crucify in the Saudi kingdom of horrors

Yesterday, I reported that the Saudi king approved a plan to "spread" or "disseminate" the culture of human rights in the kingdom. Here is a sample: "A Saudi court of cassation upheld a ruling to behead and crucify a 22-year-old man convicted of raping five children and leaving one of them to die in the desert, newspapers reported on Tuesday."
