So-called Israeli liberalism (as fake as so-called Wahhabi Arab liberalism)

You’ve got to ask yourself what brought the swamp rats out of the sewer to show their faces in the pages of Haaretz?" I don't understand the question, and I don't get it. What is the difference between the two?
