The Israeli war on Lebanon in 2006

Hasan Nasrallah is still speaking. He made a good point about the Israeli war on Lebanon in 2006. He said that what was distinctive about that war is that no Lebanese fighter fled from the battle. That this is unprecedented, and it is, especially if you look at Arab armies in war. He said that the problem in 2006 was that Hizbullah had to prevent thousands of volunteers from rushing into South Lebanon to fight. If you think about it: Israel always worried about the rise of radical Palestinian leaders. It never imagined that a Lebanese leader would cause it more problems that all Palestinian leaders combined.
