Dumb US media: Muslims walk with no feet

Who writes this dumb stuff? "Feet are considered taboo in most Muslim countries". What does that dumb statement mean? So people walk with no feet in Muslim countries? Do the editors of such statements know how dumb this is? (thanks Hicham)
