Dissemination of the culture of human rights

The mouthpiece of Prince Salman (Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat) reports that the Saudi King has agreed to spread "the culture of human rights" in the kingdom. He said that it will begin to spread this next Friday, right after the public beheading ritual in the public square in Riyadh.
