You see he has been really working hard to push for normalization with Israel, and he has written in praise of normalization and at one point even suggested inviting Israel to join the Arab League. Kid you not. For these buffoonish stances, the US government has been rewarding Bahrain, which already is the headquarters of the Fifth Fleet. Look at him: he looks thrilled.
