Rain Prayer

The Saudi King (the servitor of the Two Holy sites and the chocolate room in the new Mecca Hotel) ordered a day of national prayer for rain. I wonder if I can ask the Saudi Mufti to hold a special prayer to make the sky rain banana cream pies.
