the lousy representative of the PFLP in the Executive Committee of the PLO, `Abdur-Rahim Malluh, expressed surprise that Yasir `Abd-Rabbu announced the formation of a special commission to investigate what happened in Geneva in the name of the Executive Committee of the PLO when the Committee has not even met. Malluh did not notice the numerous times in which the Abu Mazen clique acted unilaterally in the name of the PLO.
