I visited Mukhtarah and all I got was a bite from Walid Jumblat's dog
Yassine C. sent me this (I cite with his permission--and I asked him for a picture of the bite too): "Every Saturday morning, Walid Jumblatt opens the doors for visitors who can come to him for their complaints or ideas. Today, together with some friends I decided to visit Deyr al-Qamar, Beit al-Din, the Ceder reservate and Moukhtara. We started in Moukhtara and arrived quite late compared to the usual 'visiting' hours. A friendly guard told me, seeing we were foreigners, he was going to get him. After some 15 minutes, Jumblatt came out, together with his huge dog. The latter attacked me and bit me in the shoulder. Jumblatt saw all this and couldn't care less. He just called his dog 'Oscar' and moved on. If you want, you can post it with my name if you want."
