Evaluating the communist government of South Yemen

"The Communist years, which lasted until North and South Yemen unified in 1990, were even worse for those who refused to accept the new government’s enforced secularism." Are you claiming, that the "enforced secularism" of the Marxist government of South Yemen was more oppressive than the ENFORCED RELIGION in Saudi Arabia or Iran? How do you so casually make such judgments or is this part of the typical, American knee-jerk allergies to communism?
