"Crime and lawlessness have been cut significantly in hot zones like Nablus and Jenin, and Hamas has become nearly invisible in the West Bank." So according to Newsweek, any ruler who succeeds in making the opposition "invisible" deserves support and praise. OK. I understand the criteria now.
