"Twelve members of Lebanon’s Internal Security Forces (ISF) and 12 members of the Lebanese Army (LAF) received training in the United States during the months of July and August, a US Embassy statement said over the weekend. “The course provided the participants with investigative skills training following explosions,” the statement said. “Reconstructing the component parts of an explosive device and the role of each team member were emphasized,” it added."
