The Fath Conference

Fath is holding a conference--a few decades in the making. But why are they meeting in Bethlehem? Why don't they meet in NJ or wherever the Mafia bosses used to meet? I mean, Fath is now a collection of armed gangs and bands of robbers and thugs--no more and no less.
