Dahlan is counting

We are told that the Fath circus' leaders are quietly and secretly counting ballots for the "election" of the members of the Central Committee and Revolutionary Council of Fath (don't you like it that the Fath gangs have a "Revolutionary Council"? Fath is to revolution what I am to moderation). Apparently, Muhammad Dahlan is sitting in a room and writing the ballots himself. It will take a fe days for Dahlan to write and count all ballots.
