Not all the demonstartions that are fit to print

Now you would think it is the season of covering demonstrations in Iran. You would think that the Western press is obsessed with news of demonstrations in Iran. But there was a demonstration in Iran last week in protest of the murder of the veiled Egyptian woman in Germany (which is being exploited by the Egyptian government to whip up nationalist frenzy). That demonstration was covered in some Arabic papers but not in a single Western publication.
