That is right. Let me guess: and all this was due to the brilliant work of the Bush administration. You planted the seeds, didn't you. And in the Reagan administration, you posed as an expert on Latin America (having not studied that region), and in the Bush administration you posed as expert on the Middle East (having not studied that region either), and in the next Republican administration, you shall pose as an Asia or Africa expert?
