Dahlan o Dahlan

Every corrupt Palestinian is somehow linked to Muhammad Dahlan. Take Ruhi Fattuh (the former speaker of the silly and empty PA parliament) who was caught smuggling cellphones in his trunk. He is a close ally with Dahlan, and Faruq Qaddumi is trying to ban both of them from the Fath conference (the first one in 20 years--such are the affairs of the democratic movement of Yasser `Arafat--who is not dead enough as far as I am concerned.
