"Thanks to Binyamin Netanyahu's overweening ambition, Israel is to be saddled with a foreign minister who is a national disgrace." But Mr. Gordon: why was not Ben-Gurion or Peres or Rabin or Sharon or Shamir or all the rest of Israeli leaders a national disgrace? Or is this an attempt to bolster the credibility and legtitimacy of Zionism but feigning outrage at a man who merely represents the racism and bigotry of essential (and mainstream) Zionism?
