The debate

An insider at the University of San Francisco sent me this about the Israeli Consul General: "I now hear that the CG was saying to someone afterwards something to the effect of, he had debated Edward Said before (very doubtful) and that "even Edward Said would not have behaved like that". Amazing..."
By the way, I am told that some Zionists claimed that I brought a crowd from my university and that is the reason why the audience was sympathetic. For the record, there were four former or current students of mine in the audience: Sadie, Dallan, Chloe, and Sean.
