Mystery photographer

Now here is the deal. I know that this picture was taken outside of the US because I only wear this jacket for travel as it is not warranted by the weather here. I also know that it was taken recently, i.e. this week, because I have my new glasses on. But I don't remember who took this picture? I don't mind it and the person who took it can keep it posted on Wikipedia as there was no picture with the entry, but I am just innocently curious? I don't recall I stood posing for a picture by myself during this trip? Whoever took it please email me to remind me NOW.
