Religious fanaticism of Hamas (or whoever else is behind it)

This is quite a disgusting website of Hamas. It aims--as it says--to combat "nudity and explicitness" in the media. It basically combines sexism, intolerance, homophobia, puritanicism, fanaticism, obscurantism, and backwardness. What does that mean? Neither Fath, nor Hamas. (thanks Zeina)
PS I am told that this may not be directly connected to Hamas, and that it is Egyptian. I don't know.
