Chirac attended the special tribute for Rafiq Cash Hariri in Paris. He said that he thinks about Rafiq every single day. I have no doubt it is true: I am certain that he thinks every day not only about Rafiq, but also about King Fahd and Saddam Husayn for all the cash and gifts that they have given him since his days as mayor of Paris.
