To be fair

The Huffington Post has been rather good during these times, I must say. Much better than that Nation magazine, which typically waits and waits and then finds one Israeli who can be mildly critical of Israel, and then it washes its hands off the subject. Of course, there are some mainstream journalists who are quite good and fair: some of them communicate with me, but I would not mention their names because it would be bad for their careers. Duing this terrorist war on Gaza, every journalist and every academic should ask oneself: what did I do during this war? What did I say? What side was I on? The charred victims or the killers?
