A sign of democracy in Iraq

Why nobody in the US media comments on the intellect of Rice? I really believe that Palin or even Biden is smarter. "Arguing that Iraq shows signs of becoming an inclusive state -- it even "declared Christmas a national holiday"". Never mind that there is a dwindling Christian community to celebrate it.
