Saudi media and Mauritania

Saudi media supported the military coup in Mauritania...until two weeks ago when the Mauritanian leader supported the Doha summit and froze his ties with Israel (although I don't believe him). Since then, Saudi media (serving a "democratically-elected" royal family) have been reporting on human rights violations in Mauritania.
