"In 2002, former Director of Israel's General Security Service Avi Dichter planned and directed the dropping of a one-ton bomb on an apartment building in Gaza City, killing eight children and seven adults, and injuring over 150 others. At the time, the attack was condemned by the international community, including the U.S. government....Dichter must NOT be granted immunity for war crimes and extrajudicial killings – he must be held accountable.
