Propaganda trick? NYT and Israeli attack on Iran

Adam sent me this: "This was reported on months ago. It wasn't a secret then and it's not a secret now. The only question is why the NYT decided to report this old news now that fighting has broken out in Gaza. Here's the link, dated sept 25, 2008, the date months ago when the news broke. So again, why is this old story on today's FRONT PAGE NEWS at the New York Times? Classic case of NYTIMES diverting the attention away from IDF mis-adventure in Gaza...this is very old news and was also can't remember which newspaper...When nothing works then throw people something different so people can stop paying attention to all the civilian killings...brilliant (not anymore in wonderful world of internet)".
