Netanyahu on Palestinian missiles

Netanyahu spoke on AlJazeera (Arabic). He said that Hamas missiles are hitting Ashdod, Beersheba, and Ashkelon although Israeli attacks are not launched from those places. Hm. Is his point that Palestinian missiles should be directed at bigger cities where Israeli attacks are launched from? If that was his point, he may be onto something.
