Khalid Salam

Egyptian intelligence is relying on the services of Khalid Salam to negotiate with various Palestinian groups. Of all the corruption in the PLO--and there was massive corruption all under the watchful eyes of lousy `Arafat--none was on the scale of Khalid Salam. It is estimated that that he may have (allegedly of course) embezzled hundreds of millions of dollars. This guy's corruption is even worse that that of Muhammad Dahlan--the father present-day corruption.
