Israeli military "tips" number

I am getting many accounts of people calling and emailing the Israeli "tips" phone number and email posted on flyers that were dropped over Gaza. One person I know called. He told the guy: do you want tips? The guy (sounding like he has been getting a lot of pranks) said: yes. The person said: I have a tip for you. The Israeli terrorist on the line said: what? And the person said: I have an important tip. Palestine shall be liberated from the sea to the river. Write that down lest you forget. I am told that the caller was highly amused (but not the Israeli terrorist on the line).
