Iraq and Afghanistan

I have noticed that the US press is ignoring the demonstrations against Israel (and the Egyptian regime) in Arab and Muslim countries. But it has been particularly noteworthy that demonstrations have been taking place in US-run Iraq and Afghanistan. In the Iraq, the puppet prime minister, Nuri Al-Maliki, today called on Arab and Muslim countries to sever all their ties with Israel. This must come as bad news for Thomas Friedman who only recently reported that Mithal Allusi speaks for Iraqi (and Arab) public opinion on Israel. In his dreams.
