Hamas leaders

I know that they are under Israeli bombs and I am living here in safety but I don't understand why some Hamas leaders still stay in designated places with their children when they know that Israeli terrorists are willing to destroy a neighborhood to kill one Hamas suspect, let alone a leader. I also believe that Hamas leaders are obligated to stay away from their families for the duration to protect their own families from the bombings of Israeli terrorists. It is not conscienable for any Hamas leader to stay with his family during this time because they are jeopordizing the safety of their family members. Having said that, the deaths and injuries should be blamed on Israeli terrorist but Palestinian leaders are obligated to do their utmost to protect the lives of civilians, especially of their own families.
