Good Arabic?

"Israeli intelligence officers are telephoning Gazans and, in good Arabic, pretending to be sympathetic Egyptians, Saudis, Jordanians or Libyans, Gazans say and Israel has confirmed." Well, Steven Erlanger does not know Arabic, so how can he judge their Arabic? And anybody who has heard Israeli "experts" speak Arabic can assure you that they never speak good Arabic and can fake local accidents. They can't even get to pronounce the "ha'" (as himar) for potato's sake.
