Amer sent me this: "Al-Mustaqbal [a Harirri rag] are funny: they only report on the M-60 tanks the army will receive from the US with the term "modern" attached to them. Check out the article:
This "modern" tank was last used by Israel in a major war in 1973. If we are lucky we will receive the "modernized" version of the M-60 (as the name suggests, it entered service in 1960, but the modernized version dates only from the 1970s!!!!"
