The governor of the Lebanese Central Bank said today that regardless of the changes in financial policies in Western capitals, Lebanon will not be effected. Why? He said--I KID YOU NOT--that Western policies will emulate the Lebanese model. Does that mean we should expect a rush to sex tourism in Western capitals?
