Dahlan in UAE

A source in UAE sent me this: "Thought you would like to know that Dahlan is in Abu Dhabi with the prime minister of Montenegro. He was in the lobby of the Emirates Palace two nights ago with the dodgiest looking group of men you can imagine. The story is he is there to arrange real estate deals for the Abu Dhabi royal family in Montenegro for a big fat fee as the middleman."
