Its West Bank leader, `Abdur-Rahim Malluh, is no more than sidekick of Muhammad Dahlan. And its leader in Lebanon, Marwan `Abdul-`Al, is no more than sidekick of Dahlan's ambassador in Lebanon, `Abbas Zaki.
